Knowing Christ Jesus personally – there is nothing greater than to know our Creator and Saviour – to have a relationship with Him!
Knowing Christ – The Bible has all the answers for our spiritual needs. The audios on our website can help you to understand what it means to be a true Christian and how to grow in your faith. The Bible is important to tell us about knowing Christ and living life in His strength, for His glory.
But we also wanted to share with you in writing, how you too, can experience salvation from sin, have a home in heaven forever, and begin a personal relationship with Jesus today!
Ask God to help you to understand this most important matter and He will! 😃 He is the One Who has the power to change a person’s life.
We admitted we were a sinner and were sorry. We knew we had done wrong things that God hated. He is perfect; we are not. We wanted to have eternal life and not eternal punishment.
The Bible says, “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” Romans 3:23
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23
We realized that Jesus was and is God, Who came to this earth in human flesh. He paid for the penalty of our sin on the cross. When He died for us, He took our place/our punishment. He became alive again three days later. Salvation is a gift and we could never earn it by doing enough good things. We believed/trusted and accepted Jesus as our Saviour and Lord.
The Bible says, “…how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures” 1 Corinthians 15:3-4
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” John 3:16-18, 36
“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9
We talked to God in prayer and asked Him to come into our life and save us.
The Bible says, “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:9, 13
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9
“That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith…” Ephesians 3:17a
“But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right [or power] to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.” John 1:12
